As Indonesia infrastructure fast development, it needs bigger capacity AMP from Indonesia road contractor in the project, 3~4 years ago, LB-800/1000 is quite popular for project, but from last year, LB-1500/2000 is new requirement. TTM witness our customer company grow up step by step in these years, normally road contractor will start from small capacity or mobile AMP, as company development and project amount high up, they start to change for bigger capacity AMP from TTM, to support our customer, TTM provide technology upgrading for customer old AMP to match current project requirement from government.
In the current, TTM customer in Indonesia normally is private and strong power company, for example, PT SINAR SAMA SEJATI, main office in Manado, before TTM coming, this company have used over 10units AMP from local brand, Korea and Japan brand, after compared with TTM, they focus on TTM brand, during four years, they have bought 6 units AMP from TTM. Due to high stability and strong local feature, many road contractors in Indonesia prefer TTM. At this moment, TTM already built professional marketing and service group in Indonesia, also have long term relationship with local service team.

TIARA MULYA SEJAHTER located in West java Tasikmalaya city, three month ago, they repeat order another unit LB-1500 from TTM, until last month, AMP already finish erection and trial, and start to produce Hotmix. This company owns their professional team and full equipment, they have big highway & town street project per year, meantime, they provide hot mix for local small road contractor. From their first unit TTM AMP in 2013, they have built good reputation in the local due to high quality and in time hot mix supply.

In the first, TTM successfully solve their old local AMP high oil consumption problem, our new designed advanced oil burner heavy oil consumption only need 6-7L/T, as you known, their old local AMP oil consumption is near 12L/T, money lost every day in the past without notice. Secondly, normally for LB-1500 TTM must use Bag house filter, when consider of their low budget but high environmental requirement, our engineer design the first unit LB-1500 with wet cyclone filter for them, using high quality exhaust fan and special structure, the dust efficiency is very close to bag house filter, but purchase cost deduct much, before shippment, we make trial in the factory to ensure everything is running well. Thirdly, we design Chinese/Indonesia language for control system, it’s more convenient for operator when chose foreign brand, also we have remote control system for them, they can monitor their AMP condition anywhere and anytime. After AMP arrived site, due to our local service person and Chinese engineer full energy support, AMP finish erection and tiral in the short time, and produce the first batch hot mix soon. During the erection, site staff have one week holiday, but with reasonable schedule arrange, we finish hot mix produce plan in advance. After AMP produce Hot mix, our service team still stay in the site, teach operator how to use machine safety and how to maintenance step by step, finally the boss Haji Endang thumb up for our quality and service, and comment: TTM is the best supplier from China.
As TTM population increase in Indonesia, we have built our Spare part Stock in Tangerang, we mainly stock some spare part which is not easy to seek in indonesia with the same quality. Plus our local professional service team, we hope we can give a better offer to customer again.
